By downloading or using HaircutAI, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.

What HaircutAI does

HaircutAI generates previews of haircuts and hair colors applied to photos you provide. Previews are illustrative: real-world results depend on your hair, your stylist, and physics we do not control.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the previews generated from them.
• You grant us the limited right to process your photos solely to provide the service.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to create misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". Generated previews may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app — including haircuts you end up disliking.

Termination

We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.
